Disgusting

The deadliest suicide bombing in 20 months, and the Hamas run Palestinian Authority won't even condemn the attack, calling it a justified response to Israeli "aggression".

I've lost my rag with Hamas already. If Israel were to forcibly remove them from office they'd have my full support. The last Palestinian Authority elections should have been a great exercise in democracy - yet from the election of Hamas and their subsequent actions, I'm more of the conclusion that democracy is all well and good, but it won't work for savages.

Disgusting - Israel on all out war with Palestine over 1 hostage.
Disgusting - Taking more and more Land from defenseless and poor people
Disgusting - Absolute poverty in Palestine, as result of Israel
Disgusting - Israel's policy towards Palestine.

Israel of course has the right to exist, however not to inflict catastophic and plainly inhumane treatment of mostly innocent people. They are just making it worse for themselves.

Remove Hamas?! And how would Israel achieve this? By killing thousands more Palestinians? By continuing to deny them their basic human rights? By once again abusing its significant military advantage?

Obviously, most people removed from the conflict, myself included, would prefer to see the Palestinians elect a purely democratic party. However, this was never likely in the current political climate. Do not forget the thousands of Palestinian civilians routinely, and knowingly killed by the Israeli government! Are they really any better than Hamas?

It is the actions of the Israeli government which has forced the people of Palestine to elect a party such as Hamas. Forcefully removing them from power will only worsen the situation in the longer term.

In reference to recent events (mid July 2006) the words disgusting and savages do indeed come to mind, but not in relation to the Arabs!

Thanks for talking after all the media, but no thanks. The conflict is not about land that's been taken away. It is a religious war of the Islam. The Islamic leaders have no desire to co-exist with Israel. There can be no peace because the heart of Islam can not have peace with Israel.
It is the great abuse of power of the Palestinian leaders that cling to their status of being poor refugees; they will keep this situation to enforce the spirit of Jihad. It is the great abuse of their own children, who are brainwashed in Allah's name even in their schools.
The Palestinian people have for decades now carried out attacks in all of Israel, a lot of them suicide bombings. This obviously must be because they long so much for peace... Not. No one blows himself up, killing as many of his enemies as possible, for other reasons than religion. If the Islamic leaders would not praise these kind of deeds, they would not happen. Never.

yeah you heard me stupid. the united nations should have told the jews in teh beginning that the Palestinians were already living on the land and should have divided the land so none of this would have ever happened but of course they were to stupid to do that.

Thirteen year olds shouldn't pretend to understand conflict in the Middle East. It was never as simple as the UN failing to 'mention' the Palestinians already habitating the land. Of course they knew. So did the Zionists, and the British, and the US.
The Jews have been persecuted for years, and now, despite being in their holy land, it continues. Arabs won't settle for peace...they call only for the destruction of Israel entirely, and for an independent state of Palestine.
Remember, it was the Arabs that first declared war on May 15th 1948 (only a day after Israel was declared a new nation). Every Israeli attack has simple been in retaliation to the Islamic extremists who insist on blowing Israelis up to solve their problems.
